REQUEST FOR QUOTES
The Town of Ayer, by and through the Ayer Historical Commission, is seeking responses from qualified historic preservation consultants to undertake the “Ayer Community-wide Historic Resources Survey - Phase 2.” Responses must be received at the Office of the Town Manager, Ayer Town Hall, 1 Main Street, Ayer, Massachusetts 01432, on or before 10:00 am, Wednesday, August 11, 2021.

The Town of Ayer reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informalities in the Proposal process, if deemed in the Town’s best interest.

The Request for Quotes (RFQ), containing scope of work, proposal requirements, and evaluation criteria, will be/is available upon request after 10:00 am, Monday, July 12, 2021 at the Office of the Town Manager, Ayer Town Hall, 1 Main Street, Ayer, Massachusetts 01432 or by contacting the Town Manager by e-mail or telephone at rpontbriand at ayer.ma.us or (978) 772-8220.

Proposers must meet the following minimum qualifications: a Bachelor’s degree in Historic Preservation, Architectural History, History, Art History, or a closely related field, plus at least two years full time experience in an area relevant to the project; or a Master’s degree in any of the above-mentioned areas.
