[MassHistPres] consultant for evaluation of reuse of a historic building

Greetings all,
    Can anyone recommend or know of a consultant who evaluates historical
buildings for reuse. For example,  what would be the best use, what would
bring in funds to a non profit to maintain the building over time and
bring a vibrancy   to the area.? It is a two story schoolhouse so not
extremely large.
