[MassHistPres] SolarSkin Film on Solar Panels - Previous Experience?

Hello,

The Sudbury Historic Districts Commission has an application in front of us
using SolarSkin film to cover the proposed solar panels.  The
manufacturer's materials describe them as, "an aesthetic overlay that
allows a solar panel to display any static color, pattern, or design." Does
anyone have experience with this product they can share -- either within or
outside a historic district?
