[MassHistPres] Grants or other fundig available for the rehab of historic town buildings

The town of Lunenburg owns 2 historic buildings that are on the road to
demolition. The town wants to spend 10s of millions of dollars to build a
huge new facility for town offices instead of rehabbing the existing 2
buildings, What type of grants or other funding are available for the rehab
of such buildings? What dollar amounts are available for such projects?
