[MassHistPres] Certificate Amendments

Hello,

Lexington's HDC would like examples of a specific condition to be met
written into the Certificate of Appropriateness.  In other words; "the COA
is contingent upon the following".

Does anyone have any recent examples of how they worded a condition into
the COA?
