We are looking for a company or individual who specializes in helping / guiding the town to keep, preserve, Rehab a historical building. This goal is to review, outline the Rehab, costs with the end goal of the town keeping the building. Does anyone know a company or individual who specializes in this aspect of assisting the town and guidance to keep the building.
