MIT has them. I can access digitally but I'm faculty so that might make a difference. ?The Rotch Library has them in hardcopy.
Good luck.

Contact the map room at Boston Public Library- the Leventhal Map and Information Center. If they don't have it, they might be able to suggest where to look. The UMass Library in Amherst is another possibility, and the Massachusetts Library at the State House is where I found and downloaded some scanned atlases for Swampscott.
Here is an 1881 atlas for Marblehead: https://archives.lib.state.ma.us/bitstream/handle/2452/206046/ocm11659149.pdf?sequence=1&isAllowed=y
And one for 1912: https://archives.lib.state.ma.us/handle/2452/206048

I wonder if anyone has found access to Sanborn maps besides the Library of Congress. The town I am researching (Marblehead) is not entirely free of copyright so the 1926 and 1949 additions are not accessible.
Thanks for any assistance,
