[MassHistPres] Color coordination ideas

The Stoneham Historical Commission has received a request from co-owner of an 1874 brick commercial building in a prominent area of downtown. He wants help with trim colors that would be appropriate to the era. 

Waiting on a call from HNE on a color chart.

What other free or low cost options are available? Are there free software packages that are simple to use that would give us choices?
