[MassHistPres] Infill and Additions in Local Historic Districts

I am looking for some recent examples of new construction or additions in a
local historic district. These could be examples that met the local
historic design guidelines and were approved or ones where there were some
challenging aspects to the design review process, resulting in a denial or
modification of the design.

Overall, just looking for some new construction or addition examples that
are good for discussing the design review process with a local commission.
