Looking for input on vinyl siding, has it become acceptable in the new age ? In what circumstances has anyone approved the use of vinyl siding?  
what circumstances would if any has anyone allowed a barn to be demolished, our applicant (an out of town house flipping realtor) will not allow us access to inspect the barn nor will they supply additional information stating the condition of the barn nor any reasoning for not repairing. The applicant is currently under a cease work order by the building commissioner after discovery that they have done a lot of interior work with no work permits.  If a building is condemned as structurally unstable  does that override the Commissions wish that it be repaired?We have been invaded by the house flipping realtors who are dealing in cash only and dismissing any permits or inspections.Has anyone else had dealing like this?Thank you, I need all the advice  can getAlisaTownsend HDC
