[MassHistPres] Experience with Permalock roofing system

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if anyone has experience with Permalock roofing systems in historic districts. A property owner with an extremely deteriorated 3tab asphalt roof in one of Salem's local historic districts is seeking to replace the 3tab with Permalock aluminum roofing system. Any insight/thoughts on the product and its appropriateness is greatly appreciated.
