So we have an applicant who wants to replace every window in his mid 1900s house with Andersen 400 series A. And because they would cone in a forest green color they would not match the trim which is kind of a sage green. 
The windows would be six over six. 
This sounds like a no way BUT the existing windows are single pane BROSCO plus storms and they are in lousy shape.
