Hi Nancy:

I agree with Jade that more information is needed.

My first response

  *   Why does he want 6/6 windows on a 20th century house, that's more of a 19th century configuration? Maybe suggesting 1/1 could work?
  *   About the color, maybe steer him toward black, a little more neutral with his current trim color
  *   Remind him to include any basement windows, my house still has its wood windows while the remainder are vinyl (not my doing)

So we have an applicant who wants to replace every window in his mid 1900s house with Andersen 400 series A. And because they would cone in a forest green color they would not match the trim which is kind of a sage green.
The windows would be six over six.
This sounds like a no way BUT the existing windows are single pane BROSCO plus storms and they are in lousy shape.
