[MassHistPres] Downtown Rooftop Additions

Hi Chris –

723 Centre Street in Jamaica Plain, Boston – a two-story addition within the past few years on top of Costello’s tavern.

I’ll try to think of other recent examples I’ve seen in my travels.

Hi everyone, I am looking for some examples of rooftop additions within downtown historic commercial blocks where the addition is placed onto a one- or two-story historic building and where adjacent and surrounding buildings are 2-4 stories in height.  Photos would be great or even addresses (that I can look at on google street view).   Chris
