My understanding (please verify/ correct me if I’m wrong) is that if the
use is staying the same there are things that won’t need to done
immediately. There are also some items that can be addressed in less
expensive ways.
ADA ramps vs additions, asbestos containment vs remediation, window retain
vs replace, swap out boilers vs replacing entirely new heat generation and
distribution and getting a waiver on sprinklers etc.
