[MassHistPres] Old style wood storm windows

what is especially nice about these wood storms is that the glass and screen panels can be
removed from the interior seasonally...no more climbing ladders to the second floor to replace
the storms with screens...less storage space is required...also you have a choice of a fixed top
glass panel with only the bottom half being changed out seasonally...
