[MassHistPres] Town of Amherst - regulating parking in a local historic district?

In order to remove parking areas from review you would have had to
exclude/exempt them in accordance with Section 8 of MGL Chapter 40 C in
your ordinance/bylaw.  I'm pretty sure you have a 40 C district.  If you
want you can clarify but I'm pretty sure that as Charlie Sullivan said you
are covered right now!!
