[MassHistPres] Demo by neglect of town owned building in a NRD

>  Hello all.interesting thread. i’ve been concerned because two projects in Harwich  were turned down based on capital outlay and cpa funding.  one Cpa project the finance and capital outlay told us we jumped the line?  It was cpc endorsed project turned down.

And In these ways the select board also has influence.  Can we create a historic preservation trust funded through cpa in the same way Affordable Housing trusts have been established?
