[MassHistPres] [External] Historic Property Entry Plaques

Our long-time sign maker, Bob Leonard of Ould Colony Signs, passed away.

We are currently speaking with The Painted Lady Sign Co in Lynn about
making house markers.  They hand-paint signs.
We have also spoken with Billy Crosby Signs in Concord and with Honan Sign
Painters in Winthrop. Both these companies would use a stencil.
