Paul Kukstis in Scituate does excellent woodcarving, including house plaques. https://kukstis.com/. The Scituate Historical Commission developed a useful application form, available on its website, https://www.scituatema.gov/historical-commission, under “Historic House Plaque Application.”

In Medfield, we were happy to work with a local independent sign maker. Since he retired, we have been quite happy with Signarama in Walpole.

Hello - can anyone refer me to a company that makes high quality plaques that people can put near the front door of their house after it is surveyed?
