[MassHistPres] Current cost for Property Surveys?

Good afternoon all,
The Randolph Historical Commission is in the process of applying for a CPA grant to eventually (we hope)pair with a Survey and Planning Grant, and would like to know if anyone has a current per property cost for MHC Form A and Form B documentation of properties. We are trying to complete our townwide survey of properties over a century old, and capture pockets of properties missed in prior surveys.
