Hello --
The Eben Jordan, Jr. House (46 Beacon Street, Boston; Richard Morris Hunt,
1870 with additions/modifications by Winslow & Wetherell and Wheelwright,
Haven & Hoyt, 1913-15) has been purchased by a real estate developer and is
on the agenda of the Boston Landmarks Commission as an item for review at
tonight's meeting (Tues. 9/26).
In researching this building, I have come across a 40p. unsigned, undated
document produced by "American Landmarks" with addresses in Winchester and
Dedham, MA. I have included a screenshot of the title page below.
Does anyone know who may have written this document and, if so, is there a
way to get in touch with the author?
If you would like a copy of the document, please contact me directly.
Thanks very much.
