[MassHistPres] RFP for feasibility study for adaptive reuse

If you have a fairly recent RFP for a feasibility study for adaptive 
reuse of an historic building, Whately would be interested.  The 
building in question is a 1910 brick two-room schoolhouse in a National 
Register District.  Because CPA and National Trust funds are involved, 
the eventual rehabilitation will require the Secretary's Standards for 
Historic Preservation.
