If the building owner is interested in photos and videos as well as text 
resources, I suggest checking out Stacy Grinsfelder at 
www.blakehillhouse.com and also her Instagram (blakehillhouse_). She's not 
local (Buffalo, New York area), but I've learned a lot from her blog posts 
and videos about restoring her own windows and teaching others to do 
window restoration, and she also does online consultations.
