If the building owner is interested in photos and videos as well as text
resources, I suggest checking out Stacy Grinsfelder at
www.blakehillhouse.com and also her Instagram (blakehillhouse_). She's not
local (Buffalo, New York area), but I've learned a lot from her blog posts
and videos about restoring her own windows and teaching others to do
window restoration, and she also does online consultations.
