ADDITION TO FARMERS CAMP – WESTMINSTER,  MA



The Westminster Historical Commission is looking for an architect to
provide technical requirements for a contractor to build a minimum 15' x
20' addition for a handicapped accessible bathroom and small commercial
kitchen to the Town-owned Westminster Farmers Cooperative Association
building (built in 1933) at 62 Leominster Street, Westminster, MA. It is
listed on the State Register.  There is electricity; and Town water and
sewer hookups are available road-side.  Overall project  will also include
replacing 3 windows and small repairs.  If you are interested, please
