[MassHistPres] Seeking Input: Municipal Responses to Tercentenary Markers

If you don’t have a quorum at a meeting then Open Meeting Law wouldn’t
apply. Take good notes for the other members.

I find it’s best to start small and low stakes to build relationship and
trust.
