[MassHistPres] single-building LHD

As Jennifer stated, Hopkinton was faced with the demolition of the Aaron
Claflin Inn where the revolutionary guard met during the war. We imposed a
Demo Delay (6 months at the time but now 18 months).

The Inn would have been demolished without the benefit of a single
property LHD.
