[MassHistPres] EV Charging Stations in Historic Districts

Mr Cornish,

A number of communities use necessary infrastructure (switching boxes etc)
as art. EV charger could be used signs to show local history or the base
could made to look like an old gas pump or resemble horse latching post to
give them a visual connection to past transportation items.
