[MassHistPres] Streamlining HDC review

As part of its preservation planning effort, the Concord Historic Districts Commission is considering ways to streamline the HDC review process and would like to hear from other HDC's.

Two methods being considered for some of the more straightforward reviews are:

  1.  Staff review
  2.  Consent agendas

Which communities utilize these methods? How do they work in your community?
Do you use other methods to streamline review that we have not considered?
