[MassHistPres] LHD fee

We used get CPA funds, via the CPC...but they now only fund actual restoration..

No fees, obtain funding from Community Development dept...i.e. Town funding..

Do any communities charge a fee to owners or neighborhood groups requesting a local historic district? Do any communities require an owner or neighborhood group to pay the cost of drafting the Preliminary Report?
