Sally and Robert -

fyi, Lexington's Demo Delay period is now 21 months, with an exception 
for multifamily housing or inclusionary dwelling unit projects, which 
reduces the time to 12 months  (Code of Lexington Section 19-3 (F)(3)  - 
https://ecode360.com/10420955#10420958 )
