See below. The 1910 Center School is a two-room schoolhouse with a
large basement as well as attic space in the Whately Center National
Register District and offers some intriguing repurposing opportunities.

INVITATION FOR BIDS: The Town of Whately will accept bids for a Center
School Feasibility Study per MGL Ch30b. This project is to develop a
comprehensive feasibility study to determine potential uses for the 1910
Whately Center School by completing a study that identifies options for
the future repurposing of the building and identifying options for
bringing the building into alignment for the future reuse.
Sealed bids marked "WHATELY CENTER SCHOOL FEASIBILITY BID" on the
outside of the envelope will be received by The Town of Whately, 4 Sandy
Lane, South Deerfield, MA 01373, until MARCH 31, 2025, at 4 p.m.
