[MassHistPres] Mass Audubon demolishes 1696 house in Natick.

Thank you for posting this story from the Boston Globe (behind a paywall).
You characterize the argument well ["Oh dear, the house fell into such
disrepair during the 15 years we owned it that we just had to demolish it!]
and this is very sad news.
