[MassHistPres] Historic Outbuildings Survey and Documentation

Hi Sara,
Here is the RFP written by Chris Sawyer Laucanno who sadly passed in the past year and is greatly missed.

I am doing a report for Montague’s Black Smith shop which is essentially a dirt floor garage 
addition to the near square plan old Black Smith shop on its crawl space. 

I am embarassed to say I have fallen behind my phase 2 report schedule due to working to save 12 old historic multi floor masonry buildings in Holyoke. But the good news historic buidings in Holyoke are now well appreciated and being saved for market rate housing etc.
