A revised vision statement. This one should be in nearly final form,
and require very little tweaking between now and delivery date.
A use case progress report. How many do you have? What fraction do you
think they represent? Has your customer reviewed them and agreed that
they represent the wanted functionality? You need not submit all the
use cases (I assume I can find them on line at the project web site)
but you should probably show me a few.
A progress report on the development support environment you have
built. In particular, discuss your experience to date with sourceforge (or,
for fotokey, of quickbase). The sourceforge part of the discussion
should also be available separately in electronic form so I can send
it on to them as a progress report.
A document sketching the overall architecture of your system -
preliminary decisions about platforms, tools, tiers. Hardware and
software support you anticipate needing. Where that support is
available.
An updated schedule, which should include (at least) realistic target
dates for UI design (based on the use cases at hand) and for the start
of daily builds (even if only for the equivalent of your "hello,
world").
