Console Panel

The Main Console located at the bottom of the right side of the window serves as the main output location indicating the results of various actions including: assembling, simulating, and Visual MMIX actions (provides success, error, and info messages). If assembly fails, the error messages will be recorded in the Main Console. A successful assembly will result in information regarding the assembly (symbol tree, etc) being recorded if the appropriate settings are set in the Preferences Dialog.

Note the following about the Main Console:

• Outputted text cannot be editted
• The contents of the console can be printed by selecting File->Print from the main menubar.
• The console can be minimized by selecting the minimize/maximize button in the upper right corner.
