Agenda:
|
- Review
action items due this week on schedule
- Finalize
VC presentation
- Present
practice VC presentation
|
Description:
|
- The
majority of the time was spent on finalizing the VC presentation with
Swami. We used the presentation
rating form as a guideline on what items needed to be added / augmented. We then did a “mock” presentation.
- We
agreed that next week’s meeting would be used solely for a project
update to determine our current status and how to proceed.
- Keith
& Tim (who are handling the UI portion of the project) agreed that
developing an Eclipse plugin required too steep of a learning curve and
would not be possible in the time allotted. We informed Swami that we would be
using a standalone JFace application and he
agreed that this would be best.

Next Time:
|
- Catch
up on all items delayed from this week by the VC presentation.
- Finalize
the formal specification as much as possible (some done in advance by
Tim)
- Present
initial UI created by Keith in JFace
- Receive
status update on development system and one step build procedure
- Determine
usage cases and assign to project members
