>>The Massachusetts Rehabilitation Tax Credit – Introduction/Update

The MARTC was created as a pilot program in 2003.  It provides a tax credit 
of up to 20% for rehabilitation of certified historic structures that have 
a commercial use.  The program is currently capped at $15 million annually, 
but pending legislation will increase the amount available to $30 to $50 
million a year.
