REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATONS
July 27, 2006
The Methuen Historic District Commission, by and through the City of Methuen, will be seeking proposals from qualified consultants to develop design guidelines, and produce a handbook of same, for the Searles Tenney Nevins Historic District.
Applicants must have: 1) a Bachelor's degree in Historic Preservation, Architectural History, History, Anthropology, Archeology, Planning, or a closely related field, plus at least two years full-time experience in an area relevant to the project; or 2) a Master's degree in any of the above-mentioned areas.
Interested parties should send a letter of interest and resume to be received no later than noon on Friday, August 18, 2006 to:

Requests for Proposals will be available to be sent on August 22, 2006 and will be due no later than noon on Monday, September 25, 2006. The City of Methuen reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
