Part Time Preservation Planner Position

The City of Newton currently has a position available for a 
part-time preservation planner to work up to 19 hours a week.  
The primary duties of this position involve the administration 
and staffing of two local historic district commissions.  
Additional duties may also include researching and writing 
National Register nominations and local landmark reports, 
assistance with Citywide projects and initiatives, and support 
duties for the Newton Historical Commission.  Please contact
