Hello everyone, all test messages can be ignored. There is no need to
reply to me or the whole list.

We are switching over to new and improved software for masshistpres.
There will be a web-based archive of messages!

I have gone ahead and manually signed all previous masshistpres members
up onto the new email list. So, you do not need to do anything else to
maintain your membership on masshistpres.

One change to note is that when you now hit "reply," it will default to
the full masshistpres email list. In other words, if you hit reply and
think you are replying to only one person, guess again! It will now be
sent to everyone on the list, almost 700 people. So, if you don't want
your email sent to the whole list, just delete the masshistpres email
address and paste in the individual you intend it to go to.

If you have any questions about the new masshistpres, feel free to
contact me but please try not to respond to the whole list. Thanks.
