[MassHistPres] Bridge Replacement

The Pelham Historical Commission has been asked to comment on the replacement of two bridges under Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966. We have no experience in this matter and I would very much appreciate any guidance from those of you who have experience and pointers to sources of information on critical matters we should address.
