[MassHistPres] For Salvage: Early 19th c. Cape-Style Farmhouse in Shirley

The Shirley Historical Commission has an early 19th c. cape-style farm  house 
under 6 month Demolition Delay (expires 15  October).  While the house has 
had some 20th c. modifications, the  frame is perfectly sound and sits on its' 
original foundation.   The  Owner would be willing to have someone move the 
structure intact to another  site, or dis-assemble the frame on site for use 
elsewhere.
 
The Commission and/or the Owner would welcome inquiries from interested  
Preservation Contractors, or others willing to make appropriate use of this
