[MassHistPres] Demo Delay Presentation

Hi everyone, I'll be doing a powerpoint presentation on demolition delay
bylaws at a regional local historical commission meeting next week.  It
is primarily a presentation for towns that don't have demolition delay.
I'd like to have some new examples of success stories with demolition
delay.  

I was planning on mentioning the following:
Brookline, Coolidge Corner Theatre
Framingham, Kendall Hotel
Eastham, Italianate house moved from Route 6
Reading, Foster-Emerson House

While I know of other examples, I don't have the photographs to include
in the presentation.  If you have some ideas, I'd like to hear of them
especially if they are recent examples I may not know about.   Also, if
you can send me a digital photograph to include in the presentation that
would be ideal.
