I am rehabbing and converting to residential a gothic style granite and sandstone church. The building has wooden window frames and vented frames in the bell tower which is approximately 95 feet tall. I am writing to ask if there may be some ideas about how to paint/cover (not clad) these frames so that it will last longer than the typical house painting job. The size and positions of the windows and height of the tower make this a job that one would not want to re-do for a long time.
Thank you for your time and thoughts.
