Hello, The BOCEP Program from Rutgers currently lists an online course from May 31-July 8 called "Historic Preservation Laws: Federal, State and Local: intended as a primer for planners" who are not specialists, but need to deal with preservation law relating to historic structures. The description lists NHPAct, NEPA, state hp legislation, and local pres. regs.. It also indictes "training in drafting local regulations to protect historic structures".
