[MassHistPres] suggestions on grant opportunity

It has been some time since we have applied for funding with the scheme associated
with the recently announced MHC Survey grant.  I am wondering if those of you in communities
where you've had prior success in applying and subsequent approval, would be willing to share sample grant application content so that we can learn. For example, how have you accounted for the
town's 40% contribution.
