[MassHistPres] Public Hearings - deadlines

This is not a response to your question, but the Greenfield HC reasoned that 
the ZBA didn't have the background to decide appeals to demolition delay 
decisions and the ease of this process would render our decisions 
ineffective, so chose the alternative appeal to Superior Court. I would 
appreciate experiences to use of this route. Marcia Starkey
