A number of months ago this type of system was discussed at the Historic 
Resources Committee  of the Boston Society of Architects. If I recall the details 
of the discussion: the system might work but how do you adequately protect 
resources such as books, letters ect. The system should also be approved by local 
building code and the fire department.For further details, on the subject,
