[MassHistPres] Documentation of century-old properties

In Randolph we are seeking consultants who perform documentation of historic properties.  We have $16K in CPA money to  (1)  create a list of approximately 200 properties in town which are 100 years old or more and  (2)  prepare approximately 75 MACRIS forms.  Let me know if any other towns have done a similar project and would recommend consultants to whom I can send our RFP.
